Was excited to eat here thinking is would be some nice fine dining but unfortunately was quickly disappointed. Despite the beautiful location and setup, my experience felt like I was at a diner. Service was absent - every server seemed in a daze and even rushed us during ordering time. A lot of the menu items weren’t available as well which is disappointing since the menu is limited anyway. We were literally seated at a table with no plates and napkins, the seats had leftover crumbs, and none of this was remedied. Food took ages and wasn’t timed properly. They don’t clear out your table as you go along your meal. We had to ask for plates, utensils and even water! This was not during a busy hour either, there were only two other tables. The main dishes all came with absolutely no seasoning it was almost funny how much salt we had to add. My mojito came with all the lemon seeds at the bottom shooting up my straw. Main courses came lukewarm while the steak just came cold. I don’t mind if prices are high but it’s an issue when both service and food are severely below average. Highly do NOT recommend! Wasn’t an experience any of us walked away happy from and contrary to how this review sounds, I’m not usually a picky person. Worst place I have been to in Tangier Morocco. The food wasn’t good at all, the salad wasn’t fresh at all, you could tell that the veggies been in a fridge for a long time. Customer service was okay but not great, the restaurant was empty, a lot of tables were available but to make the matter worse, the restaurant manager set some people right next to our table pushing us around kicking our chairs and pushing our table without asking us for permission or an apology. He was so rude to us, he acted like he is the head manager and he could do whatever he wants. He embarrassed me a front my wife, I stood right there complaining to him, all he did is smiling and went whispering in our waiter’s ears laughing. I quickly asked for my check in which he brought it right away. Paid and left fearing that I may eat some one spit or dirt. The view and location was nice but customer service and food was terrible. I will never come back to this...

HORRIBLE SERVICE. I've given this spot a chance before and gave them 3 stars because I arrived late and didn't book before and the service was horrible, but now its 1, the second time I went with a 24hrs prior booking and we were treated worse, they kept us waiting in the door for over 10mins saying they re getting our table ready and when we were finally seated it was a table at the very far end for 4 people ( we re a couple) and not even close to the animation area which we hoped to get booking early, they also seat their fav clients regardless if they book, we left and we will never go back, if they dont fix their service issue that place will lose more customers than they will get, we headed straight to ô saveur and they gave us the best service we could ask for even if we booked...
