Administer didn’t want to book my table for my birthday. ( I came one week before to book a table) She said: “you can’t choose table where you want sit”. I said it will be MONDAY and my Birthday. She said she can’t cause “ what if big company will come?” Sorry, and? In the end of long conversation she reserved the table which I wanted (thanks). So I came to this restaurant to celebrate my birthday with my friends. The view was amazing and I liked the atmosphere. Sorry, but this is the only one good thing . Service is horrible. We were the only one table in restaurant. We came at 19:00. Every time we had dirty plates on the tables, empty bottles, glasses. I had to ask and search for waiter many many times. This is a restaurant!! It can’t be like this. Pasta for my friend was served cold. No one spoke English. And what is nonsense for me that even if you have birthday restaurant will not give compliment/celebrate it for you. NOTHING. You have to pay for celebration 😂 even in small cafe they put for you at least smth to blow a candle sing a song and make a wish. This is what means caring about guests who choose your place for such a special day)) I had to cry in the end of this evening. The only good thing is view, and...

I came last year and had a very average dinner and a super dry sushi and the cocktails were so bad that drinking melted ice felt better.
I comeback after a year hoping it got better.
I was passing by with a friend, we wanted to go in, found two security guards, asked if they had any dress code and the security tells us it’s a restaurant/bar! Like we didn’t know where we were going! So we asked if we go in, we saw two hostesses just chitchatting and didn’t even look at who’s at the door.
After that the security goes in and bring their business card and tells us call on this number to make a booking. And we are right there at the door.
Then! And what shocked me the most!! A family approached the door ( not Moroccans) and without hesitation he told them hello and come in! Without even checking if they had a reservation.
As a person who actually opened the real Nammos restaurant in Dubai and Riyadh that you’re trying so hard to copy, I say this is disgusting and ridiculous, and you don’t know a thing about hospitality. And this old mentality of letting a tourist foreigner go in as if they’d spend better is...
Read moreThe guy at the door was great. Nice location. Other than that, TERRIBLE, disastrous last night in Morocco. (9/21/24)
Bone-vibratingly LOUD once the music started.
CLUELESS service: We ordered 3 meals at the bar, one each for 3 people, and they only served 2. The bartender kept trying to tell me I'd ordered the meal my companion ate. She ate what she'd ordered. It was just bizarre. 2 meals delivered to 3 people, and the bartender kept making it sound like we'd made the mistake. No apologies from him or anyone else there.
Long after the two meals were eaten, they finally brought the WRONG ORDER for me. (OVER-cooked salmon, BTW)
It took HOURS to get to this point. My friend had already paid for everything, and I just wanted out of the place. We left an uneaten plate of bad salmon and got the hell out.
*Why not complain to the manager, you may ask?
The manager had gotten into a YELLING match only feet from us with a couple at the bar not long before. I have no idea what it was about (music too loud). Don't care, but he was yelling at both the man and the woman inches from their faces.
I've never had an experience like this at a restaurant in my life.
Welcome...
