McDonald's — Restaurant in arrondissement de Tanger-Medina طنجة المدينة

I was told to order food using automation. A staff member helped me scan my credit card. I always get notifications every time my credit card is used. I received no receipt from the machine and was told to scan my credit card again. I told the McDonald’s employee that I had been charged already, showing him the text messages I had just received from my bank and credit card app with amount posted. As a matter of fact 3 employees looked at my statement and was advised to again run my credit card. If I pay twice I shall proceed to get my refund the next day. I told them I was leaving the next day. To add insult to injury the employee stated that it happens often and customers return the next day for a refund. Complete incompetence and lack of customer service. I was dismissed and I did warned them that I would stop payment and contact McDonald’s corporate once I get back...

After choosing my food using the Kiosk machine I handed the order receipt to the cashier and paid. I did not get a receipt with order number from cashier. I asked him and he didnt understand. I asked the manager and he thought I havnt even ordered and kept pointing to kiosk machine. Finally after saying for few times he needs to give receipt the cashier realised he kept it and gave it to me. Once I got my order it was missing the sauces I ordered. I did not bother to deal with them again. They dont speak english in this mcdonalds and the service is not good and rushed. The McDonalds in Marrakech is much better...

I was so not happy with the order that I over to received I wanted a Big Mac with just the beef and the cheese and they sent me this: Beef, cheese and oignons. I did not want it and I was not happy with it and Big Mac and if I ate it I would vomit and I would not have that ever again. The time when I always went to McDonald's I always had just a Big Mac with the cheese and the beef. I'm not with the junked onions and I'm so tired and this is a unlaughable experience with this restaurant branch. I am never planning to go to this restaurant ever again....
