Ashokai sushi Marrakech — Restaurant in Marrakesh Prefecture

On my last order, placed at 18:30, I was told it would arrive in 45 minutes. After one hour, I called and was told it had “just been sent.” Another hour later, they said there was a problem with the delivery driver. When it finally arrived, the quality was terrible. Worse, I had a previous order that one of their own staff canceled (not me). He told me the payment wasn’t taken, but my bank confirmed it was debited. Despite sending proof, every time I called, they said “the manager will handle it,” but nothing was done and I was never refunded. The service was good, the food was not, we didn’t order sushi (maybe it’s the only good thing there according to the other reviews), we ordered a seafood wok which was under average and the the big disaster was the Thai Chicken???? The only Thai thing in that chicken is its name! A couple little pieces mixed wih raw red peppers drenched in a mediocre tomato sauce, and it was 80 dhs!! For what? I'm a big fan of sushi, and Ashokai Sushi Guéliz (Marrakech) is by far the most amazing sushi place I’ve been to. From the soup to the poke bowl, and finishing with a variety of sushi, every bite was a journey toward happiness.

The team is so kind and always makes sure the clients have everything they need.

I will definitely recommend this place and come back whenever I’m in town.
