Bazzart — Restaurant in Marrakesh Prefecture

Novotel Marrakech, we have booked this hotel for our Team building ,The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff were just Amazing ..with an easy going personality: The General Manager who always ask about our comfort..(Mr.Rachid Alami) They really went over and beyond our expectations to make our stay enjoyable & memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown  @ the center of the Red iconic and Imperial city, plaisant sitting areas in the restaurant with a rich and varrious selection in the breakfast that i have enjoyed every morning @ the terrace with many cutes small birds around. I had a nice view on the pool from the 5th floor .the pool has two sides for children and adults' best choice for families . in the evening you can enjoy the pool atmosphere with friends around some drinks and shisha. This place is dirty, it could have been better if the customer service was up to standards. Very poor service and rude waiters, especially the manager in white uniform. I brought my friends here after a recommendation of a friend but they are disgusting. Many many rude staff without a meaning. When people choose it doesn't mean that you are alone and the only lounge in Marrakech. We walked across from the hotel next door to try Bazzart and were so well treated by both Housine and Bader - they were marvellous, competent and did not fluster even with the increasing diners.
