Fried Fish — Restaurant in Marrakesh Prefecture

Simple but definitely worth trying where the locals eat. We got a plate with a mix of different types of freshly fried fish, shrimps and eggplants, with a complement of lemon wedges, bread and moderately hot sauce (similar to salsa), all for a super low price. The place is usually quite busy (for a reason!) but you can also take away your order. It's certainly not glamourous and chic, but the food tastes great, I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to have a filling and delicious lunch, get a feel of how locals live and eat, or just wants to save a bit of money.
