We came to this place to enjoy the view of the rooftop which is the main product here. When I read the reviews of this place I was surprised to see that there are a lot of reviewers complaining about paying 2.5 Euros to go to the rooftop with the tea included.
Basically you come to the square that is the most famous in Marrakech possibly in the whole country you have a panoramic view of the place and you're not willing to pay $2.50 and stay as long as you want in the rooftop you have got to be kidding.
If you have paid $70 to go to the top of the rock or if you have bought an espresso anywhere in Italy for 2 euros and you didn't complain this is a must visit. Just cough up a couple of bucks to help the locals for welcoming you and enjoy the view and drink.

Read moreIt is not like a cafe but a theater that offers a grand stand view of all the activities of jama el funa against backdrop of beautiful mosque. You have to pay 20 Mad for a drink at the bar counter on the first and take drink to the rooftop balcony or you can buy bar counter on the rooftop. 20 Mad for small glass of mint tee ( You can choose cafe or lemonade as well ) seems rip–off but we have no other choice but to accept as an entrance fee.
Front row is overcrowded with tourists and It is difficult to break into gaps for photo. Do not worry. If you arrive the theater after 9 PM, there is less competition. You will find the best seat in about 20 minutes even all the front row seat is taken.
Do not forget a tripod for good photo with...

They told us yes but would not let us see. They were quite rude about it and we decided not to eat there because of the way they treated us during the whole interaction. When we left we could see people all over the rooftop- there's no way there would have been spots to sit and enjoy dinner. We left and went to another restaurant across the square where we had a lovely dinner with stunning...
