Best Riad – Excellent Location, Cleanliness, and Outstanding Service!

Hotel Chami is truly one of the best places I’ve stayed in Marrakech. The location is perfect—you can reach the market in just half a minute, yet the Riad remains quiet and peaceful, as it is tucked away in a side alley.

One of the standout aspects is the impeccable cleanliness. This Riad is exceptionally clean—everything is thoroughly and meticulously cleaned every single day. The entire hotel, from the rooms to the common areas, is well-maintained and spotless, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. I always felt safe and at ease throughout my stay.

A huge compliment goes to the staff, especially Tarik and Abdurrahman at the reception, who were incredibly reliable, professional, and attentive. They ensured that everything ran smoothly and were always available to help with any questions, recommendations, or requests. Their patience, friendliness, and warmth truly made a difference. Tarik Even brought as at 4 oclock to the Taxi!

This was already my second stay, and I have recommended the Riad to many people—especially solo female travelers, as it provides a secure and...

2 mins walk from the Jemaa el-Fnaa square. Used to be a home, renovated into a Hotel Riad now. Quite small (less than 20 rooms) which means that you get personalized service.|Tareq and Abdul were the 2 front reception people who were great with us. Anytime we had a question about trips, best restaurants etc, they were there with answers and a smile. Bfast (set continental menu) was included and was quite good with fresh squeezed orange juice, tea, coffee etc.|The rooms were nice and clean, a tad small by North American standards, but perfect for us. A/C worked flawlessly and we even managed to get a room with a King Size bed.|All in all, a great place to stay at, especially if you want to be near the square and myriad shopping options it offer.|Would highly...

I was so impressed by my visit here. Amongst some old buildings, this was a new, clean, beautiful Riad with sparkly clean marble floors. Staff were always so kind and helpful. So much was included in the price, a lovely breakfast, a perfect and compact room- it’s on the smaller end but that’s expected with the excellent central location and amazing prices. Will definitely visit again. Abdul Rahman and Tariq were incredibly helpful, the helpers were able to iron my clothes and clean our room daily. Even the details like the decoration were a perfect mix of modern with a touch of Moroccan design. I hope that this Riad continues to be treasured and looked after so I can visit it again in...

Lovey small riad seconds away from jmaa el fnaa. Lovely breakfast on rooftop terrace, small but nice rooms. Service is so so good, all staff but especially young guy at reception (completely forgot his name my bad) are so lovely and attentive. Made sure we were happy and were taken care of, we had 2 very early tours and were met at 6am with a breakfast bag to takeaway with us (breakfast doesn’t start until 8am). Just felt so homely and family run. Would 100% go back. Bear in mind it’s in a tiny alley off the square/main street. Tiny bit of noise disturbance as it’s small and enclosed into the courtyard, little bit from birds or other guests.
