Bad experience over all in this restaurant, and I’ve visited quite a lot of them during my stay in Marrakesh.
The food took AGES to come. We waited for an hour for a lasagna and a pizza!? We ordered 3 tapas before that and they also took like 40 min to be brought to our table. The beers however came very fast which shows it’s not a waiter problem, but a kitchen problem. You guys should improve your efficiency in the kitchen, the quality of the food is definitely not worth the wait nor the price. The price point is the same as in the other restaurants on the same street but the quality is mediocre.
The music was horrendous and deafening. I had to put makeshift paper tissue earbuds in my ears in order to be able to stay in this place long enough to finish my meal and drinks. It’s not even a matter of taste or hearing problems, the sound system was so poorly tuned it was literally hurting my ears and I’ve been to even louder music events with no issue. You might wanna do something about it as well.
Besides the kitchen staff who were super slow, the waiter was nice. The owner seemed very stuck up and not even saying a word to us, not even a “hi”, let alone ask how everything is going, unlike the owners of the other places I’ve visited so far.
I wasn’t a big fan of the fact that people were popping pills in the toilets and whatnot in a place that’s supposed to be a restaurant/lounge either. Idk maybe I’m the backwards one XD?

Read moreGreat food and live DJ providing an atmosphere suitable for a night out with friends. We had croquettes and pizzettas for starters that were wolfed down so quickly I forgot to take pictures. Then we had steaks, cooked as requested, with vegetables and a creamy peppercorn sauce with fries on the side; the drinks complemented the food perfectly. We finished with lemon tarts and tiramisus along with Moroccan mint tea.
Staff were very attentive and management ensured we were well looked after. Our only issue was that we only visited once during our short trip - I do plan on returning soon!
Edit - I have since returned a few more times and my conclusion remains - highly recommend!

Comment transformer une affaire qui était magnifique en une catastrophe sans nom. Cet endroit était magnifique a partir de 20 h on y trouvait plus une seule place assises , le lieu était remplis de tables d'amis,de gens intéressants en after work, la cuisine etait en ébullition , l'ambiance était feutre,stylè, on s'y sentez comme a la maison on pouvait y rester jusqu'à la fermeture , on y manger bien et on y passer un moment agréable. aujourd'hui tu arrives à 20h l'ambiance est dark y a pas un chat on te dit ça comment a 22h vu le son a 20h tu comprend pourquoi, tu trouves un DJ qui pense qui l'est a Ibiza et qui joue son set a fond a tel point que tes oreilles te supplies de les laisser partir pendant que lui est aux anges , tu commandes un truc en cuisine y a pas , tu demandes un autres truc y a pas et ainsi de suite jusqu'à ce que le serveur te dise attend je vais voir ce qu'il y a de disponible !!! tu commandes des nuggets de poulet 45 min plus tard ça arrive en te disant désoler ça prend du temps..... ou sont passer les magnifiques pizza , les tenders de poulets les plateaux formages charcuteries, les tapas incroyable et j'en passe, ect.... Une honte tellement grande que j'ai même pas les mots correct pour expliquer ma deception et celles des amis qui connaissent l'endroit avant cette mascarade. l'ambiance est horrible , le son on en parle même pas et le service est devenu un cirque. Voilà comment transformer une affaire florissante qui était pleine 6/7 en un after de cabaret.. C'est pas le tout d'avoir de l'argent et de prendre les gens de haut en passant que l'on est un grand restaurateur du haut de sa jeune experience, faut il encore avoir du bas goût et être a l'écoute de la clientèle. a fuir absolument et je pèse mes mots.
