The views are fantastic and you’ll be sitting on the rooftop and have much needed shade. The lemon soda and sweet lassi were delicious. We also had the chicken garlic noodles which were pretty good; the chicken had a nice flavor and the noodles were deliciously garlicky. The veg momo took a while to come out and were not very good. The skin/shell of the momo was thick and the filling while plentiful, did not have much flavor. Best hangout place to be, whether you are alone or with friends. Food is really good and the staffs are very friendly. Not to mention their mesmerizing view of the Kathmandu Durbar Square from the panoramic angle… been there more than a dozen times now, trying a wide variety of their delicious cuisines from their menu. I just loved the Newari food served here. I was amazed with scenic view of Durbar Square and the Swayambhu Nath Temple we get to see from the roof top of the restaurant. Bara had a very authentic taste of Newari Cuisine. Veg Chhoila(Soyabean Chhoila) was also very delicious.
