Hotel Pokhara Village & Spa — Hotel in Pokhara

Worst Experience- We visited Pokhara for 2 days and we book 2 days hotel stay in Pokhara village resort, believe me this was our worst experience of our life, me with my small 4 month old baby suffered because of this people! The staffs specifically the manager of the hotel wasn’t polite he was very rude and a lier I wish I had asked his name so I could have mentioned his name directly. Room service- We call for tea and coffee as room service the server got cold tea and coffee when complaint she refused to give us any answers and straight left with cold brews.

2nd day We then thought to check out of room and search for another hotel, later once we went in to the lobby the manger asked us to give them one more chance and stay one more day with them which later we agreed as he apologized (this was are biggest mistake to trust him) he promised bigger rooms which we saw and agreed upon, we then asked them to put our baggage in one of the rooms as we were getting late for our site seeing! Once we were done visiting all the site we return back to the hotel only to see our luggage in lobby laying down in the corner, once confronted they don’t have any answers and the room we agreed upon wasn’t the room they allocated us. With my small 4 month old we then had to go and search new hotel in middle of night!! Definitely will not recommend this hotel to any one if you want your sanity better go and stay in any other hotel then this...

Well located a short walk to central Lakeside and set back in a quiet location. The new wing is very upmarket at a very reasonable price. Staff are friendly and attentive, and the General Manager Mr Laxman is a superb host. Rooms are clean spacious and comfortable. The pool is big enough to swim in (10 or 15m) i believe its salt water so feels cool and uplifting on a warm day. Breakfast buffet is limited and provides an adequate selection, service is terrific. My stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The reception staff were outstanding — incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their professionalism and warmth really made a difference and added a personal touch to the entire experience.

The location is also perfect — close to everything you could need, whether you're sightseeing, shopping, or just exploring the area.
