Café De Linden — Restaurant in Amsterdam

My favorite cafe in Amsterdam! Whether I’m just dropping by for a coffee in the morning before the Noordemarkt or later in the evening for a cocktail, beer or bottle of wine, I always feel at home here. All of the staff are very friendly and the general atmosphere is gezellig. It’s always on the top of my list of recommendations for locals looking for a new spot or for friends visiting from abroad....

Those are two cappuccinos we got yesterday. This is not the first time coffee tastes like a mud water with a foam on top (actually from probably 10 times I had it, it was like this 9 times). I do not expect specialty coffee, but at least better than a gas station coffee would be enough :/ otherwise, beer/wine/croissants are always ok.. But coffee.. Guys you can...
