SCAMMERS! This has been the WORST experience in Amsterdam after a LONG list of encounters. Upon arriving at the establishment, 10 minutes later we asked for the beer menu. After another 10 minutes and after asking for it on 2 occasions (because the waiter FORGOT), we ordered a 6 euro pint. After waiting 20 minutes for the pint and seeing how others who had arrived after us were served, I had to get up to the bar to ask for the pint AGAIN because the guy had FORGOTTEN. They served us a 0.25ML... After complaining and 10 minutes later, the guy served the pint saying there would be a discount. After another 10 minutes, the guy, DECISIVELY brought to our table a bottle of a beer almost TWICE as EXPENSIVE as the one originally order saying that it was invited by the HOUSE (...?). When we had a quarter of the beer left, the waiter finished his shift and by the time we asked for the bill they charged us for the beer we were INVITED TO, MORE EXPENSIVE than the originally ordered one and without having asked for this second one. When they brought the bill and after we explain what happened the new waiter serving us asked us rudely, 'Haven't you drunk it?'... XD. The first waiter is a thin blonde guy about 25 to 30 years old with light eyes. The second is also a guy about 25 to 30 with wavy dark hair. A DISASTER site full of AMATEUR KIDS without experience and SCAMMERS, I would not recommend this damn dive.

What is this place 🤷‍♂️ A coffee shop, inside of a cafe inside of a pub. Three lives as one. Very Dutch in a good way. They serve breakfast. The cut-off is at 11. BTW, there are a lot of cut-offs. So many that the waiter was confused. See photos.🤣) many people will take their coffee outside…it sits on a nice prominent corner spot looking over a canal. There are many students on their laptops sucking Wi-fi and probably only buying a single coffee as they squat in a booth for two hours. But, I digress. The vibe is all old school brown cafe . Quite a few beers on tap, basic wine choices and pub food. I had the ever present, bitterballen €6.90 and beef stew over frites €8.50. It is what it sounds like and not bad. As well as a couple IPAs. Quirky and Dutchie, so I shall return. That’s all for now.

Waited a while to get attended. I ordered something to the waitress and she said she couldn't find it on her smartphone order app and completely ignored me. So I ended up ordering something a sandwich that was really small. My wife ordered some veggie bitterballs that were pretty tasty. Beer was really good too. Inside was really noisy, but outside was chilly and crowded. Maybe the breakfast in this place is good, I don't know because most of the menu was only available until 4 pm. But it seems to be what they are more prepared to do it.

Service was horrendous! First, we waited for a server, then thought maybe we have to order inside, as the waiter walked past us he said he would be right with us. He eventually came back, and we ordered nachos, and asked his if he could clear the dirty table, again he said he would. Well that didn’t happen, so we asked again after 20 minutes. Then 20 minutes after that we asked how much longer would the nachos be, oh he said maybe you ordered them to early. On the menu it states they will serve them after 12pm. He comes back to the table and said oh they won’t make them until after 5 pm. The place was giving people the wrong orders, wrong drinks, and was totally unorganized! Who knows if the food...
