Very unfriendly, stressed personnel! The cashier was so unfriendly when I added a coffee to my order that I would have liked to leave immediately - unfortunately I had already paid for the donut. So with my pick up receipts for 1 donut and 1 coffee I decided to first enter the long donut waiting line. While waiting the coffee lady had my coffee ready, screaming "small Latte!" I didn't want to leave my place afraid I would have to get to the back of the line again. She was too far away to communicate with. So 5 minutes later after receiving my (delicious!) donut I picked up a semi-warm Latte that was just sitting there (next to 2 teas belonging to no-one) and the coffee lady was out of sight. I waited, helplessly looked around but when no-one came I picked up the warmish coffee, hoping it would really be mine and left my receipt. My advice: prepare the beverage only after the customer is at the reception!

I didn't mind having to wait a while as it was busy. I am also very happy with the quality of the donut and coffee. But some of these ladies working there (2 of them were sweet actually, super slow workers but sweet) are not suited for...

This place should be shut down by authorities for breaking hygiene laws. Arrived and all tables were sticky and covered in garbage and then no toilet paper or soap in the WC. And then when asking the girl working (there was two staff so no idea why the place was so messy) if I could have some soap from them, she says there is none! 😳 She ends up giving me some disinfectant gel but that’s hardly the same as WASHING your hands. Shudder at the thought of now having eaten in a place where neither guests or staff wash their hands after going to the toilet, before handling food etc. And the manager arrived and didn’t seem to at all see the issue. Awful...

Was initially delighted to arrive and be next in line. I was disappointed with the service. I waited minimim 15 minutes for 2 doughnuts and 2 mocha's to be made. When the manager arrived, I expressed slight disattisfaction with the length of time it was taking. Was told 'my colleague is new'. While I understand people may be learning on the job, I expect to have the same service each time - otherwise, remain on the floor with your new colleagues until they are comfortable to make the menu of drinks.
