Hangry Hats™ — Restaurant in Amsterdam

I randomly stumbled upon Edelbites as I was exploring Amsterdam during a work trip, and I am so happy that they caught my attention! I’ve never had Austrian pasta dumplings before, but they were absolutely delicious! I had the cashew/mushroom, blueberry, cheese/mint, and apple flavors. My snack craving was fully and completely satisfied!

I had a great chat with the folks behind the counter. They’re tourist-friendly, and if you’re local, be sure to ask for their stamp card!

I mean, not sure what I was expecting, but the pasta (is it pasta?) was really mushy. To be fair, I did get there quite late in the day (19:00) and they'd been in the steam cabinets for who knows how long by then. Flavor... Exists. Except for the portobello one - that was nondescript. Haven't tried the sweet yet. I'll update when I get a chance to eat there earlier in the day and assess the sweet ones. Portions sizes definitely Do give you enough to feel fed. Summary: cute concept, executed sufficiently (as of now only just, pending review)...

Visited this dumpling spot for a quick lunch and was impressed by the wide range of flavors available. Service was fast and efficient, ideal for an on-the-go meal.
