IJscuypje Plantage — Restaurant in Amsterdam

No hygiene!!! The employee was not using gloves and she was serving the cones without using a napkin, after she had taken money/given change/used the wettex to clean the counter 🤢 There were no napkins for the customers either. Twee weken geleden ben ik door een medewerker van Ijscuypje Plantage aangevallen met een ijslepel die ze tegen mijn hoofd heeft gegooid (en geraakt). Het conflict begon omdat ik vroeg om 2 smaken in 1 bolletje voor mijn 2,5 jaar kleindochter, wat ik bij andere winkels wel kan krijgen. Ze was al geirriteerd toen we binnenkwamen en was erg onbeschoft en onvriendelijk. Ze schold me uit en uiteindelijk gooide ze een ijslepel naar mijn hoofd. Erg traumatische ervaring en mijn kleinkind was erbij en zag het allemaal gebeuren. Heb melding gemaakt bij de politie en een klacht ingediend bij Ijscuypje. Ijscuypje was na eigen zeggen geschokt en hebben haar ontslagen en zouden mijn op een passende wijze excuses bieden. Maar 2 weken later en nog steeds niets gehoord. Geen bloemetje, geen niets... niet echt ok vind ik. Na veel ijsje bij Ijscuypje zal ik een andere ijswinkel moeten zoeken.
