Its main thing is that you can take a "falafel pita" and it'd be a base pots with like 5 falafels and a leaf of salad AND you can fill it with whatever toppings you want (they have a decent variety of them) AND you can refill those toppings in whatever time and amounts you want! It still can barelly fulfill you if you're not a pure vegetarian and do eat meat but with that feature and a extra fries you could not to feel hungry at least. My vegetarian wife tells that that this falafel is enough to become full :) Just don't forget that you can refill at any time! The Maoz in general is a "network" and there are several of them in Amsterdam (and even in other cities and countries too) but others are more central and therefore more loud places. Choice of pita or bowl, we chose the salad bowl, with the aubergine and falafel ( extra 1euro). We could then could self serve the extra choices of pickled and fresh veggies and sauces. This location was pretty quiet and just a block or so away from the market, so it was easy to stop in for lunch. I was impressed by the falafel- it was delicious and moist! The owner (I assume) was really friendly as well, asking if I'd visited Maoz before and if I knew the concept.
