I have been a loyal customer for 4 years. I have always ordered the same pasta on a weekly basis (Pasta alfredo with extra chicken, bacon, and mushrooms). The price on UberEats went up to 28 euros including delivery and service fees. I never stopped ordering as I have nothing bad to say about the food. It is one of the best pastas in Amsterdam. My only concern is that sometimes I get more pasta or chicken than other times.
But please look at the picture, and tell me if you think this is worth 28 euros. My friend (Christian) ordered two of the same pasta for both of us on the 26th of April 19:14 and he had almost as double pasta as me. It looks like the chef just cooked both pastas in one pan and just decided to pour most of it in one box, and whatever is left in the other. My pasta was drenched in sauce but with 0 pieces of bacon and 2 small pieces of chicken. We tried reporting this on UberEats with no luck of getting a refund.
This is not the first time I notice this issue. But this will be my last time ordering because the staff clearly don't care about delivering consistent amounts to their clients. If anything, I suggest people to go in person to inspect the amount...

When she came out she changed her mind and did not want pasta. Probably because the vibe was horrible. They seemed to be aggressive and no one was in there.
I did not expect to be yelled at. For my mother to be yelled at. I have lived in this neighborhood for 20 years and the manager of that place should be ashamed of himself for losing a customer over 2 euros. He demanded I paid. Of course I paid because 2 euros is not worth the confrontation I could see he was ready to engage.
Then he started to teach me.. a lesson. In his words. Just wow.
Dear manager. I have ordered from your store 20+ times on Uber Eats in the past 2 years. You just lost a customer over 2 euros and now have a bad review. Also, it was embearssing for you. The way you got so aggressive, so fast over a 70 year old woman needing to pee... I hope your business crumbles 1 lost customer at a time.
I could also see you treat your employees like that as well. Breathing over the chefs shoulder while he cooked....
Read moreWe came to this place and had high expectations for the pasta. Exactly 1 hour later we walked out furiously from the restaurant because they had still not started cooking our food.
At first, placed us in the back near the door where it was cold caused by a light breeze coming from outside.
We changed table and sat right in front of the chef. 30 minutes after we came in they took our order. By that time, someone else that came after us had already ordered and been served his plate.
50 min later they let us know that they had forgotten about our order. This was very strange since we were sitting right in front of them, right in their view.
We decided to give them another chance, but when another couple that had just arrived received their food before us we just stood up and left.
This is undoubtably one of the worst experiences and I would never come...
