What has happened to their burritos???????? Nooooooo!!!! So disappointed. It was a wet soggy mess of wrap with soggy bits of chicken. A few strands of lettuce, soggy in sauce. I counted 3 jalapeños which were tiny. Couldn’t see or taste the onion, or pico de gallo - I’m surprised that any employee would wrap that mess up & send it out to a customer. If you like cold, soggy mush of rice & sauce and almost zero quality filling Ritos is the one. Perhaps new management??? Quality zero stars.

This place has gone from being our most favorite to least liked. They used to have great adobo chicken burritos. But their quality has gone consistently down. The chicken went from being juicy to dry and undercooked, the rice is undercooked, and the burrito wraps are stone cold. We usually got our food delivered from this place but even the way the burritos are wrapped lately is so messy it’s impossible to eat. It would be fair to say they are barely wrapped - just thrown in. The last time we ordered we even called after placing our order to provide this feedback but it was still the same. Sadly for me, this means I won’t be coming to this...

Food, Quality, Price: Delicious poke and burrito bowls! Very interesting concept. My personal favourite is the beef barbacoa. Portions are quite big and very filling so I think it's worth the price. Tip: if you order in with shredded cheese, put it in the oven for the best melted cheese! Never asked them to heat it up at the store but I think it's possible. A great place for meat eaters, vegans/vegetarians, and gluten-free. Also leak-proof packaging.

Ambience: Small place with a few seats by the window, but better to take it away and eat it at the park or at...
