This tech-driven restaurant and bar combines cutting-edge robotics and artificial intelligence to craft a wide variety of cocktails and mocktails.🍹The owner, with an IT background, spent 1.5 years developing robotic hands to prepare an extensive variety of drinks in a consistent manner. Watching robots preparing your cocktail is an experience in and of itself. 🤖

Their food menu includes a wide variety of delicious dishes, mainly focused on Asian cuisine 🥢 but also including international options 🍔 prepared by six different chefs. We absolutely loved everything we tried, from the sushi to the chicken wings to the butter chicken. Their amazing desserts are also a must-try. 🍨

ROBO-BAR Asian Grill & Sushi is definitely one of the best restaurants we have been to so far, and we highly recommend it. 🙌

To start off, I would say I loved their atmosphere and their cocktail robotic experience. It made peers and I amused all night. However, their customer service and accountability on making mistakes on allergy concerns was too poor. Three times, I mentioned to them, do not put sesame seeds due to severe allergies. Still, they ended up sprinkling it on top of the sushi. Mind you, after telling them twice, I expected by the third time they would be considerate and take accountability for the mistake. Guess what? The third dish was nothing but full of sesame seeds on the sushi. I told them patiently, they took it back to the kitchen and removed the seeds (after it was exposed and contaminated with the sushi) and they brought the food as if it was new sushi. They thought we could be fooled but nice try. The food was extremely cold. It is really concerning because I ended up going home and puking it all. It was an awful night for me. This clearly shows they do not prioritize customer’s medical needs and allergy concerns. The fact they had the audacity to not make me new one but just to pick out the sushi, I would give zero stars here if I had the chance. This is the first time I gave low tips. Extremely dissatisfied...

Robo Bar truly impressed me with its exceptional service and polite staff. The moment I stepped in, the warm welcome made me feel at ease. The food presentation was simply beautiful; each dish looked like a work of art.

The sushi selection was varied, and the flavors were delightful. However, I must mention one drawback that caught my attention: the hosomaki rolls had sauce even for the kids' menu. In my experience, authentic sushi does not include sauce on hosomaki. While this might be a personal preference, I believe it's important to adhere to traditional sushi preparation, especially for the younger diners who are learning about the cuisine.

Mohito was too sweet for my wife, but overall it was good.

Despite this small hiccup, my overall experience at Robo Bar was enjoyable. The freshness of the ingredients was evident in every bite, and the skilled chefs ensured a memorable culinary journey. With a bit of improvement on the traditional sushi front, Robo Bar could easily become the go-to spot for sushi enthusiasts...
