At first, I was happy with the service. Arthur was helpful when I bought a €2000 engagement ring. But once the payment was made, the service ended.
The ring was too big, and although they offer free resizing within 30 days, I came back around day 50. Given how engagements are planned, I hoped they’d show some flexibility — but I had to pay €70.
They said it would take 2 weeks. It took nearly 2 months. I got no updates unless I chased them — often with no replies. I even had to call a different store to get any answers. My fiancée never let it ruin our moment, but this kind of service just shouldn’t happen.
They outsourced the resizing, and while they fixed a scratch before returning it, it’s unacceptable to trust such an important item to someone who doesn’t meet quality standards — and then refuse responsibility.
Eventually, we got the ring. They offered a discount on the wedding ring, but it’s now been 2 weeks since I asked for a quote, with no reply. When I went to buy the engagement ring I got an appointment immediatly, but I guess the commission is not worth the effort now that I’m getting a discount.
They were great when money was involved. But after that, no accountability, no care. I wouldn’t buy here again — they treat you well until they’ve been paid.

You can also choose lab grown diamonds which are ofcourse guaranteed to be without conflict or controversy and are more pure than diamonds found in the earth (if you want them to be, also customizable). The customer service is also very good, you can adjust the size of the ring for free if it's slightly too big/small and you can even return the ring which gives a lot of comfort.
The only room for improvement is the booking system. You can book an appointment online (normal stuff) but it has to be approved by someone before your booking is actually made. I paid for our engagement ring on June 8th and finally we received it on September 20th, three and a half months later…
We had it resized and were told that the resizing process would take about 2-3weeks, that turned out to be 3 whole months. No updates, no emails, when we called them they would sometimes just not pick up the phone, and if they did we always sproke to someone else that never took notes, so we had to tell the story again every time.
Once we were told by the service employee that he would personally handle our case and send it to our home as a means of apology. We never heard anything from that person again, and in the end we had to go to the store and pick the ring...
