I recently visited a local sushi restaurant and was blown away by their eel sushi. The dish consisted of perfectly cooked eel that was delicately wrapped in warm, sticky rice and drizzled with a sweet and savory sauce. The texture of the eel was perfectly tender and melted in my mouth with each bite.

Aside from the eel sushi, the rest of the menu was also impressive. The tuna sashimi was fresh and flavorful, while the salmon rolls were expertly crafted and bursting with flavor. The presentation of each dish was also noteworthy, with each piece carefully arranged and garnished with beautiful slices of fresh vegetables.

The service was exceptional as well, with attentive staff who were knowledgeable about the menu and eager to provide recommendations. The restaurant had a cozy and inviting atmosphere that made for a great dining experience.

I’ve been a regular here for a while now, both dining in and ordering delivery, and I can honestly say they never disappoint. The sushi is always fresh and tasty .. the rice is soft, the rolls are well balanced, and even when it arrives at home, the temperature is just right. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even nicer when dining in. What I also really appreciate is their creativity. One of my absolute favorites is their Oreo oliebollen , a Dutch classic with a fun twist, and they make it so good! We have been ordering from Sushi Sakura for the past couple of years and it has become our favorite sushi place! When I was pregnant, I once asked them to pack the cooked sushi separately, and they continued to do that everytime I ordered cooked sushi for the remainder of my pregnancy without me asking again.
