Wanted to take my family to eat there. Awful experience, we’ve ordered threes burritos and threes tacos. The man who made us the food wasn’t so kind, almost like he did me a favour for making us the food. They’ve put the burritos in the toaster for 5 seconds and they were extreme cold when we received them. They’ve wrapped the burritos poorly and they were all falling apart. They overload the tacos with sour cream that maybe sat there for few days, the taste was extreme strong and unpleasant. Later on, we went to complain to them that the food was cold and not tasty at all and they just said that they were sorry, that’s nonsense. This food chain is very overpriced for very little food. The flavour is also lacking, it doesn’t come close to real Mexican for me.

UPDATE 2 YEARS LATER: I came back to leave another review, it was the exact same feedback but with one addition, food was COLD. Stop Charing over €10 for half a bowl of cheap ingredients. Value - terrible Service & Packaging - disappointing Note - the Salsa shop in Zuidas is amazing. Franchise should try to be replicating...
