Got the wrong order, which had meat (I don't eat meat), the waitress spilt my coffee on the table and my shoes, said she will bring me a new coffee and didn't, and when I contacted customer service, Sean said that I was too tired to order the right thing and it's my fault I didn't ask for another coffee (even though the waitress spilt it AND said she will bring another one) and on top of that Sean also accused me of having money problems (my card got declined due to it not being an international card) and that being the reason I am asking for compensation for this awful experience. NEVER experienced such horrible customer service, my friends orders also got mixed up so I would avoid at all costs, plenty of other nice places nearby :)

I had a stupendously delicious slice of heaven in the form of carrot cake here yesterday. Oh. My. WORD. Words cannot describe. Carrot cake has always been my favorite, even as a child. Of all the carrot cakes I've had, this one takes the cake (haha, get it?!).

It is so filling and rich, so even better: you get TWO servings of carrot cake!

I’ve been coming here for quite a long time now, so I figured I’d write a review! I can recommend this hidden gem to anyone. It’s been around for a long time, and that shows in the best way possible. The staff are some of the nicest and helpful hand of people I’ve ever met, and combined with a great cup of coffee I always feel welcome. Wether I want to pick a to go up on my way to work, want to sit outside, or pick a table to draw or study at for hours on end, I always feel welcome and attended to. For a very very good price, it’s rare you stumble upon such a beautiful and inclusive place like this.
