Absolute horrible customer service from the person in charge. There was a very nice man attempting to help us, but the lady in charge with purple hair was absolutely nasty and disrespectful. We felt so uncomfortable we left without ordering. Absolutely horrible. If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT COME HERE if you you want good service.

Yes Dan I can give you more details. When we arrived (it was 3 of us), there was 1 customer who was already getting their meal prepared. The manager immediately greeted with a horrible attitude telling us they were getting ready to close, which to point out was about an hour earlier than posted on your site. nonetheless I tried to walk in to get a look at the menu which is posted on the further side of your entrance, immediately the manager with short purple hair screamed at me telling me to not go any further and pushed a table to block my way. I was a bit surprised and appalled with her behavior. We then started to talk with the nice gentleman to give him our orders, which he was taking very professionally and with a great demeanor. Let me point out at this point there was NO ONE in the store but us. Then the manager again screamed, while we were talking with the nice Hispanic gentleman taking our order, and said “we are closing and you need to make your order already” with such disdain, I turned around and told my mother I was taking my business and money elsewhere. I was very disappointed since I had traveled from France and was recommended to go there by family members, I’m sure he food is great and we would have eaten it and left a great review if the treatment had been better. Whatever other story you were told is absolutely fake and a lie, we never pushed our way through anyone. I’ve been to 16 different countries and never encountered this type of behavior from the service industry and I was a waiter and worked in restaurants for more than 4+ years, so I give staff members extra space to work and I’m considerate of their service. As a native Lebanese, I am always proud to take friends to Lebanese food places to have them taste the food I grew up with...When the Lebanese Sajeria first opened, I was very excited and loved the place they first opened.. unfortunately, lately, I had a couple of bad experiences in that shop in particular... Food was not the way it was... Adding too much Garlic to something oriental doesn't make it Lebanese, nor tasty. The food we ordered was just pure Garlic with a hint of the actual food it should have been in the first place...The Chicken and humus sandwich wasn't eatable, I had stomach burns and was burping Garlic wayyyyu more than usual, and I am a native that grew up eating Garlic. Plus the Labneh..... Meh.. Either the cook changed or they did something to their recipes...

Please go back to basics and the drawing board and bring back Saj food as...

Went there to have lunch because normally the food is really tasty, but today the soup was not hot and I thought if it was just preheated. The wrap was a bit boring and gave me a feeling of being very full but not pleasantly.

There were three people working but not very orientated towards the customer as they were not friendly and busy discussing something which was also disturbing.

Once I was there and a man with grey hair worked there making us feel very welcome and the food was also amazing that day, I miss him.

Regarding the price of 8€ for a bowl of lentilsoup and 10€ for a wrap I am more than disappointed by the quality and the service of todays visit and can't allow myself to go there again in the near future. What a pitty because I knew how good this place...
