Funky and lively spot on the Palm beach strip across from the Barceló resort. Visited 2 times during our stay, once just for coffee and we loved the vibe so much that went back for brunch the next day. Its a couple of sister establishments. Craft which has more of an american vibe and Lola which has mexican one. They share the space though and the combination works wonders. Outdoor seating is a huge plus and you get to take in the sights of the busy palm beach area while enjoying your meals and/or beverages. Coffee was good. Food was even better. They have plenty of veggie and vegan options as well which we appreciated. Had the pancakes which were delectable and the tofu scramble which was also excellent. They have an enticing cocktail list but we stuck to cold and refreshing beer on a warm day. Weekend brunch had a DJ spinning some lovely lounge beats. Staff was wondeful and polite to a fault. Will definitely visit again and look forward to checking out their nightlife scene too.

I spent Halloween in Aruba this year, and I set out to find the best parties on the island. The Saturday before Halloween was Halloweekend, and my final destination for the evening was Craft, an open-air restaurant/lounge with live DJ music on the weekends from 10pm until closing time. My friend, DJ Alex, was at the decks playing groovy house music as the venue's industrial strength smoke machines ghoulishly filled the street with fog. Angelic women outfitted in black and white wings graced the dance floor, and several groups enjoyed bottle service as they watched the throngs of passersby saunter down Juan Irausquin Boulevard. I left as the clock struck midnight, and tourists were still lining up for photo opportunities under the watchful eye of a statue of Jack Skellington from Tim Burton's horror film The Nightmare before Christmas.

Craft is a must if you are in Aruba! If you enjoy a good Taco and Margarita, you are in the right place! We went for Taco Tuesday which features $1 Tacos (only Carnitas and Chicken) and it hit. The bartenders are legit mixologist. The drink menu is dope. The margarita was one of the best I tasted. I did not get salt or sugar, it was not sour nor was it sugary sweet, it was perfect. We went back for dinner on our last night and had the Korean Taco🔥🔥🔥🔥. It was so delicious. Korean fried chicken with a pickled topping and slaw!!! They had some dope music playing while you eat and it’s definitely a vibe and photo op. Jayson was our server and even though the spot was busy, he kept the drinks and water flowing👍🏾. The tacos are fresh and the fillers taste equally tender and fresh. Definitely a staple and must taste in Aruba.

An Unforgettable Experience at Craft and Lola in Aruba – Thanks to Joanna!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Craft and Lola during my vacation in Aruba, and I can confidently say that my experience was elevated to an entirely new level thanks to Joanna! From the moment I walked into the store, I was greeted with a warm smile and an infectious enthusiasm that set the tone for my entire visit.

Craft and Lola is a charming boutique that beautifully showcases local artisans and their incredible work. The ambiance is inviting, with a delightful mix of vibrant colors and unique decor that immediately draws you in. However, what truly makes this place special is the staff, and Joanna is the shining star among them.

Joanna’s knowledge of the products is impressive. She took the time to explain the stories behind various items, sharing insights about the local artists and their inspirations. I was particularly fascinated by the handcrafted jewelry and textiles, and Joanna’s passion for these creations was evident. She patiently answered all my questions and provided recommendations that perfectly matched my taste.

What stood out to me was Joanna’s genuine desire to help me find the perfect items. She listened attentively to what I was looking for and offered thoughtful suggestions without being pushy. It felt more like shopping with a friend than a typical retail experience. I ended up purchasing several unique pieces, including a stunning necklace that I can’t wait to wear back home.

In addition to her exceptional customer service, Joanna’s warmth and friendliness made my visit memorable. She shared stories about her own experiences in Aruba and gave me insider tips on other local attractions and hidden gems to explore during my stay. It was clear that she truly loves her job and takes pride in representing the local community.

As I was checking out, Joanna even wrapped my purchases beautifully, adding a personal touch that made me feel special. She thanked me sincerely for my visit and encouraged me to come back anytime. I left Craft and Lola not only with beautiful souvenirs but also with a heart full of joy from the wonderful interaction I had with Joanna.

If you find yourself in Aruba, I highly recommend stopping by Craft and Lola. Make sure to ask for Joanna – her passion, knowledge, and kindness are what make this boutique a must-visit destination. I can’t wait to return on my next trip and see what new treasures await, all while catching up with Joanna!

Thank you, Joanna, for making my drinking experience so memorable! You are a true...

If I could have film the corruption of how the staff’s prejudicially made me feel. Our Airbnb host recommended this place. As a seasoned traveler I have never had such a awful 5-10 minutes first impression. This staff will make sure you understand that they don’t like you because of your appearance, accomplices, race and that they don’t want your business because of this. We arrive here for a after flight lunch. There’s not many decent tables left out of the sun and in the shade. I offer a suggestion to the waiter to turn a simple table for two into a table for three that gets denied. With a no. As if there’s some rule that can’t be broken. We ask if we can sit in a adjacent section where’s there shade. Are told again “No”. Let’s just say the waiter assigned to us just start being a prejudiced jerk. He runs off with out even asking for a drink order from us. First red flag. Leaving the three us sitting in the hot sunny Aruba sun. My friend has already started sweating after 2 mins. After we decide to go sit at the bar. We get confronted by another lie, apparently two people have been sitting in the other shade section we where told we couldn’t sit. Now upon learning we want to sit at the bar. Which I recalled when we arrived, no one was sitting at the bar and definitely not them. They also weren’t sitting at the two person table in the shade. This is where the prejudice against myself and companions starts. Just because the two other patrons where white. They get to move to every available sit that we want to utilize. How do I know this? Now that their section is open, I ask can we sit there and again a third no. Second red flag. How I know they didn’t want out business? There’s three of us ready to order food and drinks agains two people just sipping beer. I watched the bar and a open table be available for 5 mins and them showing no indication or desire to sit there. As soon as we attempt, the same jerk waiter who has said no to me several times, even when offer him a gratuity, tells them yes. Now I am all for incompetence, but passive aggression and prejudice I don’t need to pay for that. I flew here just like everyone else and most likely will stay longer. So I don’t see anyone here as being more special than myself. Especially because they are white. At this place that is...

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Lola in Aruba, and I can’t say enough great things about the experience, especially thanks to Joanna! She truly made our visit unforgettable.

From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was lively and welcoming, and it was clear that Lola is a place where creativity and quality shine. Joanna immediately stood out with her warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. Her skill and passion for her craft are unmatched—whether it’s the perfectly crafted cocktails, the artistic presentation, or the personalized service, she excels in every area.

Joanna went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home. She took the time to explain the menu, made spot-on recommendations, and even shared a bit of the history and inspiration behind some of the drinks and dishes. Her attention to detail is impeccable—every drink she made was not only delicious but also a work of art.

What really impressed me was how effortlessly Joanna managed to balance being personable and professional. Despite the busy evening, she treated every customer like they were the most important person in the room. It’s rare to find someone so talented and genuinely invested in creating a memorable experience for their guests.

Lola itself is a gem in Aruba, but Joanna elevates it to a whole new level. If you’re in Aruba and looking for a spot with incredible vibes, amazing drinks, and top-notch service, I highly recommend visiting Lola and asking for Joanna. She’s a true star and a master of her craft. I’ll...
