Sushi? Pizza? Alcohol? Your one stop shop for all! My fiancé and I were craving sushi and hit up a few spots that didn’t satisfy our cravings, but stumbled upon this hidden gem and it blew us away! They have sushi burritos too (you can choose your own fillings-fiancé had this and kept asking to go back)! Sushi wise, my faves were their volcano roll, Alaska roll, and dragon roll. Want a refreshing appetizer to stir up all your taste buds? A must order is their ceviche; full of flavor and one of the best ceviches on the island (trust me, I’ve tried it at every restaurant I’ve been to this week that offered it and theirs is by far my favorite and I LOVEEEE ceviche). Try it and thank me later! I was SOOO full after dinner and wobbled back to my hotel only to eat leftovers at 6am the following day and it was still amazing (my fried rolls were still crunchy)! Drinks that I would recommend are their Juancho’s cooler (signature drink + very refreshing), pina colada (soooo good; I’ve been drinking this all week), margarita (fiancé’s favorite), and mojito (I keep saying best, but literally THE BEST on the island)! They also have great selection of beers, wines, and liquors. Diony is your go to man for recommendations. Super friendly and helpful; feels like you’ve known him for years! People always say to try different spots while on vacation, but I def ain’t ashamed to say I’ve hit this joint up...
Read moreFood: The food overall was good, but they have like everything on the menu so the kinda get stuck in this like basic olace where you can get anything and it'll be ok, but nothing will be like the greatest ever. I got the Venezuela sandwich cause I couldn't decide and it was a real let down. Don't know what I expected but it was literally chicken on bread with melted cheese. The sushi and Poke bowl looked good, though the Cali roll seemed to be missing something (cucumber or avocado I think)? And the calamari was good, so maybe I just made a bad choice. Service: Service was good. They filled water and all that just fine. At first a pizza was brought to us with the wrong toppings, our waitress misheard I think, and they fixed it right away and got a new one out quick. Wiped condensation off the table so overall good. Atnosphere: Being in this area I expected a little more activity (even being the low season) but in the back near the fountain there wasn't much going on. We ate almost completely alone back there. If you want it quieter or more personal go back there, but if you want to people watch I'd sit up front.
I wouldn't eat a full meal here again. I think their are much better options in the area and Aruba in general. I might stop in for an appetizer or drink but probably not much...
Read moreWe decided to eat breakfast here this morning since they also serve breakfast. There was this lady working and as soon as we came in she started asking us a lot of personal questions and proceeded to start judging us since i am currently pregnant and engaged. She started saying how we are too young to be having a baby and that we should have waited and gotten married first because that’s what God wants. She proceeded to insult our life choices and i couldn’t hold it any longer i cried and left the table. My fiancé stayed and she proceeded to belittle his study choices and telling him that the only psychologist is God and that mental illnesses don’t exist and that’s in our heads. I went back to go get my fiancé and she started judging us again on the baby and how it’s basically an abomination and that we are going to hell. I will never step foot here again. We left and didn’t even eat there. There was also no manager in sight to...
