Great atmosphere and delicious food! We had dinner as a large group (7 people) and I really appreciate that they could reserve enough tables for us despite the limited space they had, and not to mention that it was packed full on a Wednesday evening. The staff was also very friendly, and they did their best to bring our food as quick as possible. We had the pita with labneh, sourdough bread with aioli and patatas bravas to share. The bread was very fresh and tasty! You could tell they use good quality products because the olive oil, manchego cheese and the green olives were also some of the best I had in a restaurant in Delft. I wish the aioli had more garlic in it though. I ordered artichokes with kidney bean puree, I thought it was fine. A bit spicy and the artichokes weren't as flavorful as I hoped. They also have a large selection of wines, Pecorino is a good dry white option. I think patatas bravas was the highlight of the evening for everyone, but I'll definitely visit again to try out some of their seafood!! A final note if you have babies: they don't have a high seat for the babies/kids and the restrooms don't have changing table. We didn't know this before going in and my friends had a difficult time taking care of their baby.

We visited Lakila for the first time yesterday afternoon and enjoyed the vibe and food. If you go between 14:00 and 16:00, you get a discount on selected drinks. We were lucky to be there just a few minutes before 16:00. We tried Italicus spritz and mimosa and they were good. We also ordered sweet potato fries which I think was a bit expensive, but quite a treat for the eyes. The cheese over fries was particularly nice. We loved croquettes with geitenkaas and ordered it again. We saw some costumers with a nice white drink and upon asking the staff about it, found that it was sgropinno (lemon sorbet with vodka). We ordered it and enjoyed it thoroughly. It is perfect for hot weather. I also had a pastel de nata and i found it a little less sweet for my liking. Overall, the staff is friendly and the food is nice. I have always found Lakila full during lunch and dinner time, but we were lucky to find it relatively empty (especially inside) which is what we find comfortable during these times.

Lakila is a delightful Mediterranean aperitivo bar nestled in the heart of Delft. Their menu is a fusion of culinary treasures, offering a harmonious blend of traditional Italian flavors, modern Spanish delights, and the rich influences of Portuguese and Arabian cuisines. Their menu, featuring an array of small dishes, is thoughtfully curated and changes with the seasons. Moreover, they embrace the spontaneity of fresh ingredients, crafting specials based on what their trusted suppliers provide. This dedication to quality shines through in every bite, making Lakila a must-visit destination for those seeking a taste of the Mediterranean in Delft. It's a culinary experience you won't want to miss!

Rude staff. Took a friend of mine there. I tipped them a great amount. Not even a thank you, he didn’t asked if everything was fine. The conversation you would have when you end your visit.

Second time we rang in to reserve a table. Person on the phone “we don’t do reservations” if a table is free you can take place”

We walked in because everyone deserve another chance. There was a table available.. so we walked up and sat down before we asked people if they were in a que to get seated. Waitress came up to us telling us that we can’t sit here. The table is reserved she said. But that was the whole point. On the phone they said there was no possibility to reserve a table. So here we are.. they even got a girl who pretended to be the organizing everything that evening.

She was rude and pointing with fingers at us and the door.. my behavior was normal. I explained what happened in a normal way.. even onenof my guests explained what us was told by phone. The girl was acting rude towards my guest. I didn’t want to embarrass my guests anymore for picking this restaurant. I accepted the impoliteness response from this girl and went outside feeling terrible..

My guests were speechless. So was I. We walked around the city for a last minute option and went to De Centrale where the service and food were perfect and not ludacris because of poor...
