A great experience.

We came in for lunch. The restaurant is in a perfect location, still in the old town and close to the Marktplatz, yet in a quieter area where there aren't as many people.

The service was alright. We had a nice waiter.

The food was great, i had the beef burger and it was great, it was really juicy, so juicy a puddle formed on the plate.

The atmosphere was great too. With some Australian and new Zealand road signs and other such decor. Thier menu was a newspaper which I find really cool.

Ordered a rare rib-eye, which proved less rare then the medium rare rib-eyes that my friends got. Especially the adge, which was well done. I asked the waiter how he felt About it and he agreed on going back with it to the kitchen. 10 minutes later the "chef" explained that he could not have made my steak more rare, without it being raw (which btw at home I have no difficulty in getting right).

The chef did not want to do anything and I ended up with a cold steak. Conveniently the part that I had cut off that was beyond medium was now...

Extremely disappointed. The “older” staff were absolutely useless - newer staff in training seemed to know more and were much better qualified for the job. 50 minutes for 3 burgers seemed a bit much and when asking the staff, everyone seemed to just avoid the table. We only received an explanation after the food arrived. Knowing this I would not come back or atleast double check every 5 minutes to see if your order is on track.
