Good service, good atmosphere, good looking dishes, but unfortunately, food is tasteless so that my rating. I had lunch with my wife at this place and we were both disappointed. I ordered a zucchini soup - it was little bit tasteless because it was not salty, but worse is the texture: zucchini is very watery vegetable, so that it is preferable to add some potatoes (at worse, but still vegan) or cream (Creme fraiche at best) to make zucchini soup as a veloute - it will be more gourmet. I ordered a panini with it - definitively it was not good quality bread, because it was at the same time tough and rubbery. I would recommend to get the bread from good bakery, like from "Broodje Van Eigen Deeg" , or a less quality bakery, but something decent for your customer. You could have a partnership with good quality bakery; it is as well a benefit for you as a marketing communication. "Sandwich with fresh bread from the bakery XYZ" My wife ordered a burger. It was good looking burger, but not tasty. It was like flavors of ingredients were not harmonious together.
I think this place is currently overrated. Maybe it is worse now due to recent changes in the kitchen (the cook? the menu? the choice of the ingredients? the choice of the tools (oven, microwave, pan)? the choice of recipe?)

Food is consistently of high quality and they change menu periodically. The fries on the side is a must-have and the salad is surprisingly really yummy too. 😋😋😋
There is a in-house wine expert if you are into wine, he would be happy to talk about it and recommend according to your choice of dishes. 🍷🍷🍾🍾
They have an English menu, however, the daily special menu is in Dutch only. They are happy to accommodate any dietary needs....

The "frites naud' are a nice side dish. The enoki buns were amazing. Great fresh salmon tiradito one of the best I had in years. Great presentation of the dishes. Nice selection of beers and cocktails. There was just too much time between the dishes. At reservation you get told you have 2.5 hours. But then the service is not aiming at those 2.5 hours. Then why tell everyone you have 2.5 hours? This doesn't make sense. Either be sure to get the dishes on the table in 2.5 hours or dont give a time limit :).
