The food is pimped up fast food served in cool looking ways.

I had the stone plate rump steak which was very soft, but didn't have any beef flavour at all. I suspect it has been tenderized with chemicals like bi-carb or something similar. It came out of the kitchen in no time, faster than the resting time alone a rump steak usually requires. There was also saltiness throughout the steak. To me, this confirms my suspicion of artificially tenderizing or treating the meat beforehand.

Nonetheless, for the price point, it delivers a decent comfort food style meal.

Service wise, the staff needs more training. Some of the dishes we ordered were literally just thrown on the table without any comment.

Their tagline "Worldly food, small town prices" is a bit misleading. Yes, the food is quite decently priced, but the drinks don't fit in the "small time" price point. They are pricier than drinks in mid-town of big metropolitans.

All in all, give it a try for a quick meal in a beautifully styled fast food joint.

Update: tokotsu ramen is acceptabel. Probably better than most other tonkotsu ramen...

Mooie locatie in Westfield Mall. Op de 1e verdieping bij afdeling waar alle andere restaurants zich bevinden. Gratis parkeren hier in de Mall dus is ideaal! Mooi restaurant en sfeer was mooi en goed. We kwamen aan en het was heel druk. Goed dat ze nog plek hadden voor 2. Na een lange dag shoppen is het heerlijk om even te dineren. We werden snel geholpen en de personeel is heel aardig en klantvreindelijk. Dochter had een Flank steak en ik de lamskoteletten sizzeling als hoofdgerecht gekozen. Ze vroegen aan ons hoe we het gebakken zou willen. We hadden allebei voor medium gekozen. Het is jammer wanneer het aan tafel geserveerd kregen alles, het vlees helemaal gaar doorbakken was. Alle vlees is helemaal donker gebakken, echt op randje van zwart! De frietjes waren half rauw. De lamskotellet zag er niet mooi uit op de bord, alsof ik de restjes kreeg. Oog wilt ook wat. En er zat heel veel bot tussen. De smaak was goed en de salade was lekker. De flank Steak was taai, jammer. Sushi was goed en de zeewiersalade en miniloempia's waren goed. We vonden het storend als we nog aan het eten zijn 10 keer verschillende personeel vraagt of ze de bord mee mogen nemen. Dit alles heeft mij niet zo een goede indruk achter gelaten. Ik zou niet nog een keer gaan eten snel. Het is jammer omdat wij zoveel van lekker eten houden en ze op een toplocatie zitten waar we zo vaak komen.
