If I could give 0 I would give 0. Unfortunately, that is not possible. I was excited to try a real Napolitana pizza. When we first arrived we got seated right away, the waiter was very kind and asked us what we would like to drink and the appetizer. We wanted a bottle of wine and spa rood and the bruschetta. This is where it all starts, they forgot about our drinks so we waited for 20 minutes. They first brought the wine and forgot about the water. Which we had to ask for again, after receiving the appetizer. Just to note that one of us doesn’t drink wine. After sometime we are ready to order our main dish, where we order 3 pizzas and 1 pasta. When the pizzas arrived they were completely burned, we always check the pizzas underneath as my partner works at an Italian restaurant that is how we noticed and also the smell. Also, something very inconvenient! The mushrooms were canned!! Which is pretty disgusting. So the pizzas were sent back and a new batch was made, when the second batch came the pizzas were not cooked and the ingredients were still raw. So we decided to again send it back with our waiter but we didn’t want a new batch anymore, as a result the waiter said he would bring the manager. We explained to the manager that the pizzas were raw, he was Italian, and to be honest I was disappointed that he thought that it was cooked. He tried to offer us a new batch which we didn’t want, and as a result he said that we had two choices either we would get a new batch of pizzas OR a discount. He only discounted 2 coffees and 1 tiramisu where the pizzas in total were almost €40. I have to say the bruschetta and the pasta were not good as well, they didn’t look or taste that nice. I do not recommend both the service and food were...

I'm extremely disappointed with this place. It's not at all child-friendly and shows no regard for basic decency. Our evening was completely ruined by their ridiculous and insensitive behavior.
My wife, my 9-month-old baby, and I visited the food theater in Westfield hoping to enjoy a nice meal, but we were in for a terrible experience. We had to search for a long time just to find a chair for our child, and when we finally found one, a bartender said it was fine for us to use it. However, a worker later came over and told us that we couldn't use the chair unless we were eating at their restaurant. This was unacceptable, especially since we saw another family of Indian origin who was also using a chair from the same restaurant and setting also outside.
The worker was insistent on taking the chair away from our child, even though he was happily eating. We had no choice but to hold him on our laps for the rest of the meal. The neighboring table kindly gave us a chair for our child to sit on, which was much appreciated.
The restaurant showed no respect for public decency and was completely insensitive to the needs of a child. It would have been so easy for them to ask us to return the chair when we were done, but instead, they chose to harass and embarrass us. We felt unwelcome and disrespected, and it was a terrible...
Read moreIt is definitely the last time we are going to this place. We ordered three pizzas and one of them was basically burned. The manager gaslighted us after I tried politely to explain that we don’t want to eat and pay for the burned one. The funny thing is he was trying to explain me that this is a proper cooked pizza and as an example indicated that one of the other pizzas we had was undercooked lol 😂 please make up your mind.. He was insisting that this is how they make their pizzas etc. etc. and more customers are complaining but this is how they do it. He gave us as a redemption a 10% off our bill (5€)for us to feel better although I insisted that we just should not pay for the burned pizza. The manager also asked me where I am from, making clear that he means if I know of good food. Completely rude and ironic. As if this restraurant deserves what, a Michelin star? He thanked me for the feedback at the end of our conversation which was completely ironic and probably felt he didn’t have something else to add. We ended eating the pizza after we took many burned parts out and of course at the end of our lunch, we had a burnt taste in our mouths. I will definitely never go there again because I can never expect if something is overcooked or undercooked and obviously no respect to...
