Better call it “Bad Thai”!!!

Far from Thai cuisine and cooking!! Definitely will not go there again. Orders only though kiosk (limited varieties - take it or leave it mentality!). Ordered three simple meals, it took them more the 30 minutes to prepare and we got our food only after we went to counter to complain. No sequential orders, sometimes higher numbers can get their food before you do. The food was far from Thai! No content, no freshness, no Asian vegetables. The cooks were all young and seem to have no experience whatsoever. Honestly, I didn’t finish my meal, sticky rice was ok. My wife didn’t eat her plate and the only thing that was consumed was the veg spring rolls. Cost was too expensive the the experience really! Terrible. No honest communication. As we were ordering a lady came from the counter to almost scream that the pad thai will take an hour ordering it at that moment ...so we decided to go for more simple dishes BUT WE STILL WAITED MORE THAN AN HOUR, if we had known this we rather would have gone somewhere else or even home. This is one of the very nice places to eat in the Westfield mall. It offers very tasty noodles and rice in large quantities. The price for the food is reasonable considering that the portion is easily sufficient for one person. The waiting time is not too large and there is plenty of place to sit inside or outside.
