Our recent dining experience at this restaurant was unfortunately marred by subpar service and disappointing food.

Despite placing a simple order of one soup and three schnitzels, we had to endure an excruciating wait of over an hour for our entrees. While other tables might have received their meals more promptly, we were left feeling neglected and frustrated.

When we inquired about the extended wait, the waiter's nonchalant attitude was disheartening. He claimed to be unaware of our food's status and expressed reluctance to assist, stating that he was unable to expedite the cooking process. Our polite request to check on our order's status was met with a curt and dismissive response, implying that our concern was unwarranted.

Upon receiving our schnitzels, our disappointment deepened. For the hefty price of €22.50 each, we were served schnitzels of subpar quality. The meat was dry, and the coating lacked the expected crispness. To our dismay, ketchup and mayonnaise, condiments that should be standard accompaniments, were offered at an additional cost of €2.

Went with some friends for my birthday to get some drinks and a snack. Unfortunately, after one drink the staff didn't return the entire 2 hours. My friends wanted to surprise me for my bday and politely asked if there maybe was something the staff could do for this occasion. That was apparently a little much to even ask as they got rude stares as a reply. After a not so clear answer they returned to their seats (cause they had to walk to the bar the staff never came to us) and waited. After a little while he gave me an ice cream and congratulated me for my 16th bday. A little context: they never gave my age and I actually am 19 so it was a little weird especially his tone was so condescending! When trying to pay the bill this waiter ignored us before letting us pay, he didn't say or look at us. I had not encountered this man before and was simply surprised by his rudeness. Disappointing dining experience

The food was mediocre and certainly not worth the price. Service was extremely slow — both drinks and food took far too long to arrive, and even then, the dishes for two people were not served at the same time. To make matters worse, only one set of utensils was provided, as the wait staff assumed a single dish was for one person. Although an apology was offered after we requested another set, this should never have happened in the first place.

The service overall was disorganized. Staff seemed unsure of where drinks should be delivered, often standing idle with no clear direction. The young lady who served our drinks came across as arrogant and rude, showing little sense of customer care or professionalism.
