Disgusting, unprofessional and would serve you left overs before loosing profits.

Arriving in the restaurant (which had a lot of places free) within the opening time, around 21:30, we have been kindly seated at a table.

Until we ordered everything was fine.

After ordering, the cook is clearly annoyed and makes a visible scene in the restaurant and stares towards us with a face of disapproval and disbelief.

After minutes of visually being observed, uncomfortably, by the cook the waitress comes to our table to inform us that there is no rice anymore (for one of the plates namely fried rice).

If there is no more rice for fried rice, how then can you serve me literally at time of closure (45min later) a bowl of COLD RICE WITH PIECES of other THINGS?

The replacement plate came for the fried rice, 10 minutes later comes my plate, and 10 other minutes after my main dish arrives I received the rice.

Where does the rice come from? Considering how it looked, tasted, the time delay, and the uncomfortable looks (for objectively unreasonable reasons) probably from a left over dish.

One, bring the plates at the same time, literally the only task to specifically follow when serving more than one person. Second, fire this rude cook. Lastly, close...

The salmon poke bowl was tasty. The classic pork ramen was completely different from the picture and description in the menu. It was supposed to be sliced pork but it turned out to be deep fried pork. The waitress said they changed the menu but she didn’t notify us when we placed the order or when I checked with her again when the ramen was served. Only until I pointed the difference compared to the menu, did she admit that they had changed this dish. Anyway, it is not the authentic classis pork ramen. The food was overall decent but not what I expected. Wish that they had notified us in advance instead of waitting until we confronted them. If i had known the change, I would have ordered a different dish. I don’t like deep fried stuffs in soup because...

I ordered lunch set which includes salad, chicken skewers, mix fried food and Japanese omelet rice and drink €16.50. so here we go, fried food came first then I waited 15 mins to get my rice, it looks and tastes like Chinese fried egg with boil rice that’s it ….thats totally not „Japanese omelet rice „ at all !!!!!!!! Super disappointed. Then waited another 10 mins to get my chicken skewers, then I have to remind the lady again where is my salad ….i suppose salad should be the first served food or a lunch set should actually serve at same time 😑😑😑 Very busy lunch time with only 1 waitress who in charged of everywhere outside the kitchen so there was no service at all. Not again. This is not Japanese food. Btw why add sweet chili sauce for...

We ate here recently. The atmosphere is quite nice. The place is authentic and the food is a good price. Personally, I have tried similar food in different restaurants, which were a bit tastier, but they were more expensive as well. So it depends on what your preference is in that. The sizes are alright, a ramen will definitely make you feel quite full. The place can get a little bit smokey, since the restaurant isn’t suuuper big. All in all, if you don’t have a super big budget, I think it’s a great way to have dinner for example, but taste wise I have tried similar food that I liked a bit more spice/ingredients wise.
