Decided to come here spontaneously and honestly very disappointed with our visit. We were two people and decided to choose the all you can eat option, but ended up being rather upset after our meal. The service was very chaotic and slow. The ordered items came in the most unexpected order. The lamb was over cooked and the meat was stiff. We ordered teriyaki chicken screwers and they were a very odd color and not only that we had to wait the most time for two tiny pieces of chicken. The rolls were very dry the rice had an odor and same with sweet and sour chicken (simply didn’t taste right). As someone that likes to experiment with different foods, will eat just about anything and give restaurants benefit of the doubt, I do not recommend this place. From the bottom of my heart one of the worst all you can eat places I ever tried. Do not came here unless you want to end up with a stomach ache. It was so bad we wanted to warn the people next to us that just sat down and tell them to go somewhere else because the food is simply...
Read moreThe food was decent, but I had a few unpleasant experiences with the service. One of the staff members, an Asian woman, unexpectedly reprimanded my daughter for speaking while adults were talking. While I understand her intent, I believe it’s ultimately my role to teach my child these lessons—not the job of someone we just met in a restaurant.
Additionally, we initially asked for her assistance with ordering, but then switched to ordering ourselves through the QR code. Her reaction—a thumbs-up—felt oddly condescending, as though she preferred not to help us. I find it unusual for a restaurant to discourage personalized service, especially as some customers may find online ordering confusing.
Lastly, we encountered an issue with payment. Our Mastercard failed for no apparent reason, and we were asked to pay in cash. This same card worked at other establishments, which left me wondering if cash payments are being preferred here for tax reasons.
Overall, this experience left me disappointed, and I don’t plan...
Read moreWe went on a saturday evening with some friends and ordered all you can eat. I have no words for the quality of food. Almost everything we tasted was quite delicious. The system seems also good but somehow they could not follow what we ordered properly. I waited like an hour for a soup, I would expect to have it first? We had to remind them several items which did not arrive from previous rounds. They also usually don't give any explanation about the food they bring(or the names at least) which could be very nice to hear which food is what. It could avoid the confusion we had continuously. We also had to ask them to pick up the empty dishes. And the place was not very crowded, otherwise I might have understood why the service was not good. I would go again because of the good quality food but I would really expect some improvement with their service as a possible loyal customer...
