Absolutely do NOT recommend this to anyone seeking an edible warm meal in a reasonable amount of time. Went with a group of 6 and were seated quickly. That’s where the speed stopped. Took over 1 hr to get our drinks (two people shared one bucket of beers which come unopened) and one person only had water. Our meals took another hour after our drinks arrived to land in front of us. We asked the waitress about where our food was because we had been in the restaurant for 2 hrs at that point, at which point she became very argumentative. No apologies, no acknowledgement of the wait times or even an excuse provided other than “its really busy”. I promise you, it was not. There were two other tables of people and both told us they also had been waiting over an hour for food. We complained and said we wanted our drink bills to leave and eat elsewhere, at which time our food magically arrived. Once our meals did arrive, everything was cold, as if it had been sitting in the kitchen waiting to be sent out, and the salad was soggy with rotten pieces.

Don’t waste your time coming here. Drinks were meh (the 20$ “blender” drink was barely bigger than regular drink sizes), food was nothing impressive or worth going back for and the service was the 1-star...

5 o' Clock Somewhere is a Bar if your ever in Aruba you need to visit.... This place is great.... The staff here is simply wonderful, friendly, kind, bubbly and warm... I've never received such wonderful service at any establishment, but at 5 O' clock somewhere... the service here is great.... I was sitting under a palm tree cause the Aruba heat got to me a bit.... A young lady realized that I was a bit distressed due to the heat & stop to ask if I'm ok & if I needed any water I followed her to the bar she was working at and sat down cause I really needed to get some refreshments to replenish myself.... There was no pressure to purchase anything from the bar, All they cared about was my well being..... Lol lol my server ended up being Rose.... she's amazing, sweet, warm and bubbly.... I had the most amazing spicy jerk wings and the Best Bahama Mama cocktails on the island..... Most of all I had the best server ever and I have been back numerous times before leaving Aruba.... Trust me, stop by this place.... ask for Rose as your server, you won't be...

It’s 5o’clock somewhere and it’s Christmas somewhere too.

Seriously. I am shocked at the amount of Christmas music being played in February by this bar.

Lovely place located in the heart of seaport, they have reasonably good prices, and an interesting menu!

I was especially impressed that beyond the regular bar food they also had some Arubian classics like Keshi Yena and Funchi Hasa and even Pastechis in the kids menu.

Our waitress was an absolute doll and super patient with our large part of people.

The food arrive a bit chaotically but luckily they had a system in place to make it easier to finish paying for the rest of us here.

There is a majorly large LED screen that is quite bothersome if you’re sitting across from it as it’s overwhelmingly bright to the point where some of us started to get a...
