The Grand Fish Restaurant is a solid choice if you’re in the Renaissance Marketplace and looking for a good meal. I stopped in for lunch and was greeted by a friendly staff, and the service was quick and efficient. I ordered the seafood pasta, which was a mix of seafood and linguine, and it came with some bread on the side. Honestly, it tasted even better than I expected. Everything was cooked well and had great flavor. I also really liked the little bread bites they serve as an appetizer—so much so that I ended up ordering a whole extra side of them. I think you’ll enjoy your meal here, especially if you’re already in the area. Just keep in mind that the prices are closer to what you’d pay for a meal in the U.S. Since this is a tourist-heavy part of town, you’re not likely to find the same kind of value you might get in more local spots. Still, for the taste and convenience, I’d say it’s worth it.

Excellent! Delicious fish soup, the fish combo was so delicious- 4 different fish, with 3 different sauces(beurre Blanc, mango and mmm a great creole) served with yellow rice, plantain and fresh veggies. The flan for dessert was very creamy and rich, excellent. The cheesecake, also homemade, was my favorite type - dense, flaky and melt in your mouth. The decor was simple, 2 different rooms with different decor. It was pretty empty for a Saturday night, mysteriously. The other diners were locals. The prices were great. Only 2 minor complaints 1. The entrance to coral plaza is not lit and it's hard to see where to enter. 2. We would have liked to sit in the dining area closer to the bar with the more comfy chairs, but the TV was too loud over the music. I will definitely be going there again! As an edit, I did go back 3 times over a 6 week vacation! Great each time!

Our last meal on Aruba before flying home. Decided to try grilled whole grouper and fishcakes. Unfortunately, the grouper was undercooked and had to be placed on the grill again. Therefore, took longer to eat but luckily we had plenty of time to get to airport. We also realized it's difficult to grill a large 3lb grouper! But it was worth the wait...fresh, well seasoned, moist and delicious...perfectly cooked! It was a lot of fish even for the two of us but we enjoyed it! We were the only ones dining when they opened at 11am and got to chat with our server, Stephanie, who was courteous and efficient again. We managed to say bon dia, con ta bai to the chef, Yuly, before quickly leaving for our flight. Masha danki y masha Pabien, Stephanie!
