The space is absolutely beautiful… beach chairs are amazing and the staff are so friendly and kind… sadly I could only give a 3 due to the food. We ordered the angus beef burgers and they were the worst burgers we’ve ever eaten. We asked for medium but the meat came raw at the center. The meat also didn’t sit long enough to rest so there was blood and fat dripping, making the bread soggy. Not to mention the seasoning was bland. The server was fantastic in getting me another burger but it still wasn’t good. Paying $30 usd for that hurt, especially when a fast food joint does it better. It is so sad how badly Irma is still affecting the friendly island. Had a great dinner at this family owned restaurant. 2 brothers are trying to rebuild all that was lost after Irma. Great flavor, portion size, service and environment. Kind of hard to find, but it is behind the super mercade. We walked from the place we were staying and needed to turn left on to st Regina and then the next right to find Sublime on the right. Tried this place because it has pretty good reviews for a restaurant on the boardwalk. But was very disappointed. The young girl serving (owners daughter?) was nice and pretty helpful, but the food was very disappointing. My BLT only had 1 small piece of bacon and one thin slice of tomato on a baguette; I couldn't taste either of them, just tasted like bread.
