Food is so so. But the biggest problem is the waiters who are not professional and do not know how to respond to conflict.,They had kroket pricing on the board, 3 for apprx 4 euros and they listed all the different kroket tastes above it, so it looked like you can choose from different tastes for one portion. So we chose 3 different tastes thinking that they would bring one kroket from each taste. After we sat down, they brought 3 portions of krokets🤦🏻‍♀️ so 3x3=9.... we had some other food as well..so we told them we actually asked for 1 portion kroket with three different tastes and we pointed to the explanation on the board and told them it is misleading and it looks like u can choose from different tastes for one portion, the only thing the waiter said is “i am sorry but i cannot help”... a lesson to this customer unfriendly waiter: when you see a couple ordering three portions, you gotta warn them, because it is obvious that these two people aren’t gonna eat 9 krokets with some additional food..so one has to get the brain working...and as a waiter you have to double check “so do you want 3 portions?” . And when you clearly made a mistake, you have to correct it by either taking extra krokets away or giving something complimentary...sometimes i think, waiters (who are mostly young students) in the NL are very spoiled and know nothing about customer relations...i would not...

This is not a pinchobar! 21 pinchos, more like 10 pinchos. All pinchos are the same, bread with cheese or bread with meat. No warm pinchos, very little choice. Not worth your trip if you are looking for a pinchobar, good spanish food or good service. Service was friendly but poorly organized, had a total of 3 different waiters come to take our order within 10 minutes. The location is beautifull and spacious. The food was hot and fast, but not great. Will not visit again, which is sad cause i love a good pinchobar - this is...

In the beginning they couldn’t find a table for us, despite the fact they had free tables inside. After we finally took a place the waiter bring one menu for 3 of us. Then they tried to bring us the food we didn’t order. When we ordered a drinks it took them 15 mins to bring it. Of course they brought wrong beer. The food is tasty. Service is awful. Can’t recommend to anyone.
