If you want to experience godly bartenders then you must go there. Since I stepped inside the bar I felt invited and warm. The crew works with mostly 3 people total. The crew is probably six people. I’ve met all of them. They showed me that this is not just a job but a passion. Seeing the art of making a drink was never that fine. The communication and the good vibes are priceless. This place is better than Dizzy or Dox. LaBru is packed on wednesday, because there is a live jazz band playing. This shows how good the crew is. I’ve been to this place 3+ times before and it was great. It’s nice to find cocktails in the Nederlands, but tonight they accepted my €50 bill as a €10 and only gave me €3.00 change. When this happened I immediately addressed it, but as I don’t usually pay with cash, I second guessed myself. I double checked my payment history and I know for a fact that I paid the bar tender with a €50 rather than a €10. I do believe that the bartender made a mistake, but I’m still on the hook for that €43 mistake. Count your money, people....

LaBru is my favorite bar in Rotterdam! It is never too crowded except for a Saturday night, so I'd love to go there during the week. A livingroom setting with a lot of old couches. Very friendly staff, always willing to help you out with suggestions. If it isn't too crowded they'll even do table service. During the week you might have some live music, which is nice.
