Great location but overall we were a bit disappointed, especially given the price.
The food was nice but not very balanced, quite salty at times and not the most innovative dishes. One or two dishes were delicious, the rest was good but overpriced.
Although the staff was very friendly, the service did not live up to expectations. The waitress wanted to pour champagne in a wine glass that had been used before and still had some wine in it. The waiter who advised us on drinks had little knowledge of the grapes or taste of the wine. He named grapes that were not part of the wine we ordered. Water was only sporadically filled and we had to ask for it several times. When we left, we were given our coats but a bag was forgotten, we had to come back for it. Overall we felt like a true fine dining experience was aimed for, but not quite achieved.
The interior is beautiful and nicely done, but we wonât come back for seconds. We had a nice evening but felt that if such a high price is charged, the standard needs to be...
Read moreSummary: A great place for an elevated bar experience and celebrations. I wouldn't recommend it for an exquisite fine-dining experience.
Chosen Menu: 2025 Spring Menu, 5 courses.
Positive: I always appreciate extra (from the house) snacks/appetizers, as presented at the restaurant, like the baked bread and lentil snack.
Favorite Dish: The dessert of goat yogurt and barberry on the bottom was surprisingly crunchy.
Negative: Except for the dessert, the dishes were okay, but lacked the "wow" factor I look for in a fine-dining restaurant. I disliked that they charged for table water. I feel water should be free (especially table water). Issue: There was sand in the Jerusalem artichoke dish. We told the waiter, and they apologized and offered a free coffee, paired with three special snacks.
Service and People: Friendly, good service.
Restaurant Location and Vibe: The location is perfect; however, the décor and style are not to my taste. Too modern; I prefer something...
Read moreWow!!!! What a great restaurant! We had a big family dinner here and what a dinner! đđ€€ The first course was pickled kohlrabi with coconut and charred grapes. Sounds weird, right? But who knew! It was amazing. Just like everything else. The only thing standing between them and at least one star is polishing the service. Things like taking away empty wine glasses from the previous course or advising to eat the lobster with the charred cucumber in the same bite. (Was a taste sensation by the way!) And finally the wines. Ahhh, the winesâŠ. Excellent. Really interesting and expertly chosen and described. Anyway, in short an incredible up and coming restaurant. We...
