Bakker Bart Den Haag Vlamingstraat — Restaurant in The Hague

Two things.

The store manager was very rude and i can't think of anything other than my skin colour being the reason. The way she behaved sucked the energy out of my day.

A week ago i used a social deal voucher at this same store. I was told i can take whichever beverage/drink i want. I expected the same today. But not to be. This lady first of all was acting like i was asking for free food since I was using the voucher. She very rudely explained to me that I can only have a simple orange juice or a small warm drink. Last week on the same voucher i had an ice coffee. Whatever reason she refused she can be nicer and make people welcome rather than making them feel that they don't belong here or something. And this whole seen reflects on the organisation of this company as she clearly they don't understand themselves what they are offering...

There is no toilet… I’ve never been to a café or to another Bakker Bart before without toilet…I found that especially weird in such a big franchise…Isn’t the meaning of all the certificates, that the service provided by one Bakker Bart’s has to be the same in another one? I hope this will change soon, otherwise a nice place...

26 November 23. Had breakfast at 8am in one of the very few places that were open at this "early time" in The Hague.
