Fat Kee — Restaurant in The Hague

I am deeply disappointed to say that Fat Kee Restaurant is the worst dining establishment I have encountered in Europe. Here is my review of their ordering process, service, and food quality.

First and foremost, after placing our order, we had to wait for a staggering 20 minutes. Such a wait time is truly disheartening. What's even more frustrating is that despite my repeated emphasis on wanting a diet coke, they still brought me a regular coke. This lack of attention to detail was extremely frustrating.

Secondly, the service was exceptionally poor, with the staff displaying extreme impatience. Their act of forcefully slamming the utensils and bowls onto the table was incredibly rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. As customers, we expect politeness and respect, standards that Fat Kee Restaurant clearly failed to meet.

The quality of the dishes was the most abysmal aspect of all. I was thoroughly disappointed with their food, to the point where I will never visit this restaurant again. The taste and texture were unsatisfactory, leaving me utterly dissatisfied. This dining experience was truly disheartening, and I would even go as far as to say that it is one of the worst restaurants I have ever eaten at in Europe.

Overall, Fat Kee Restaurant has left me with an extremely negative impression. From long waiting times for orders to poor service and subpar food quality, this establishment has failed to meet even the basic standards. I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone, as it falls far below...

Seriously, worst customer service I have ever had on a phone to book a table in a restaurant! If they want to know, this is the Alex that just booked a table for 10 people for my 30th birthday on the 25th of November.

The woman on phone wasn’t even that kind, trying to rush me, not only that but once I asked if I could have a round table for that time (asking 11 days in advance) her immediate answer was no. Then when I made sure I sounded quite annoyed with her answer she said she would look on the day itself.

At the end I gave her my phone number, spelled it for her, then she quickly started spelling them back to me, and I couldn’t hear her that well because of the bad connection and she rushed to hang up even tho I asked her to say it again and explained why I didn’t hear her.

I have heard so many good things of the food here. Even tho I had a very bad experience in this restaurant in 2015, I still thought about coming here because my friends and family love the food here, but after this lively conversation on the phone with this lady, I don’t think I’ll give this place a...

One of the worst Chinese traditional restaurant ever! I ordered Pangsit goreng and vegi spring rolls. I asked if there were prawns in the Pangsit goreng and the waitress acknowledged. When the pangsit came it was just fried pangsit sheets! I asked where the prawns were. She said it is there but its not much. So I looked again and it was really a shrimp of a few milimeters. You cant even see it or taste it! The spring rolls were a disaster. They were old and beaten, to wet to fry. I also ordered the soy chicken with white rice. Which was very tough not tender, like it was old or heated over and over. The waitress is very rude. The bill included the pangsit goreng, which I didnt ate because it did not meet the expectation I was told. Then she shouted that if you dont like it, it is not my problem. Actually it is your problem! If nobody is liking your food then no one will buy your food!!! Stupid restaurant. Never come back and I dont recommend it to anyone.
