I order from momiji quite often and I can not complain about the food it is very delicious. But this evening I waited 3 and a half hours for my meal! I called after an hour and was told it was on its way, after waiting 45 minutes I called again and was told the same thing wich I was quite upset about after waiting nearly two hours, spoke to a boy from momiji who calmly explained the situation and listened to me wich I appreciated. After 3 and a half hours I called again and got the delivery boy on the phone who was very rude and annoyed(even though I have been waiting forever!!!) claiming my bell (wich I checked and it does)didn’t work and he was infront of my door twenty minutes prior.... I did not recieve a phone call or a single update and the food that was left outside in the pouring rain was soaked after 20 minutes!!! I have had this problem before with momiji delivering late and not taking the effort to update the time on Ubereats or give a phone call. If you don’t have the capacity to deliver the orders you recieve, please do not...

One of the worst restaurant experiences in my life. The runner didn’t know the answer to a question if they serve tea in pots or cups. The waiter told us to name the numbers from the menu instead of naming the dishes when ordering. Alrighty. Result? Messed up the order in every way possible. Brought me the vegetarian option, and when I have stated that it’s not what I ordered, he brought back cold not tasty noodles with some hot meat on them 😅 Brought a dish we didn’t order at all. The restaurant was almost empty but my friend waited for her sushi for 40 minutes. The runner didn’t take any dirty plates from our table for the whole time we were there, but at one moment the waiter decided to try to take away a still unfinished dish 🤩 Momiji, if you try to be a good restaurant, you have to train your staff well. I don’t mind paying good money for good food and service. However, service level is 0, food is...

Update eind 2022: better options available sadly in other cities. Inflation and popularity have made it pricier and is no longer worth it. If you want ramen go somewhere else. If you are already in the hague you can still try it. Update 2021: I've been here more then a dozens of times. Throughout the years they definetly changed something in the kitchen. Not as great as it used to be and the best ramen in my opinion (pork onion) has also been raised in price. I used to love this place from 5* to a very low 4*. Would almost give it a 3*.

Momiji became my go-to ramen place for dinner in the winter. My favorite was their classic pork shoyu ramen, the perfect warm broth, with bouncy noodles and very tender meat. Unlike ramen I've had at other places, the ones here are not overly oily, but still flavorful. I did find the milky broth a bit strange at first, but grew to like it. The service is very speedy, and as others mentioned the price is very reasonable (~ €15 for a very filling meal). Their gyoza's were delicious as well.
