Service- waiters were smiling, very helpful, positive and quick.
Food: overall excellent and very tasty. All dishes were cooked perfect with great balance, texture and flsvours. Here is a break down:
Food - starters: tarama, beetroot salad and lobster salad. Beetroot was a masterpiece- outstanding mix of flavours and textures. Tarama was excelent- creamy, soft and well balanced. Lobster salad was not according to our taste, but it was still well made. It had something odd- may be this kefir fruit or the radish. Brioche was may be not toast enough. Yet go and try it- it may be your thing like the way we liked the beetroot salad.
Food - main: scallops, sea bass, octopus, tortellini. Scallops and tortellini were another outstanding dishes. The scallops were perfectly made with this lightly char finish balancing well with the pea pure. Tortellini with the mushrooms and truffels were perfectly made. The pasta itself was super good and everything was cooked to perfection. The truffel on top a marvelous addition. Octopus was really, really nice in flavour accompanied with the orzo although i had couple of bites that was a bit chewy. Sea bass was light with brown finish and together with the zucchini was good combination.
Deserts: strawberry with greek yoghurt and chocolate. Strawberry desert for me was outstanding. Perfect mix of sweetness, sourness and texture. It had pineapple which made the whole journey great. My companions though liked the other one more. Again, its a matter of preference.
Interior- well made with personal touch, but i find it a bit too white and could be a bit more cousy.
Overall, superb food and service. Everything cooked perfectly. Highly recommended place where you can experience great mediterranean food with a bit of elegant touch. I will...
Read moreSilvi is a gem of a restaurant that recently opened, and my girlfriend and I were absolutely thrilled with our experience. With a thoughtfully curated menu featuring fewer options, the choices felt intentional and manageable, making it easy to pick dishes without any overwhelm. This approach made sharing each dish feel natural, as though every plate was crafted to be enjoyed together.
The wine list is similarly refined, offering a small selection of whites and reds per country. This focus on quality over quantity minimized that all-too-familiar choice overload, and we ended up with a wonderful Greek wine that paired perfectly with our meal.
As for the food, each dish was exceptional, but the tortelloni and entrecote truly stole the show. The flavors were rich and satisfying, with every bite showcasing the chef's skill and attention to detail.
Lastly, the ambiance and service rounded out our night beautifully. The staff were attentive without hovering, always on hand for refills without us needing to ask, and incredibly friendly, which added a warm touch to the evening. Silvi has set the bar high, and we can’t wait to return....

The service is excellent, combining professionalism with the authentic warmth and hospitality that characterizes Mediterranean culture. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed, as if you're among friends.
The culture of the restaurant is inspired by the Mediterranean philosophy, where sharing around the table brings people closer, so we ordered a lot of different plates to try and we were truly amazed.
I recommend the following dishes: The Iberico cheek with smoked eggplant & confit carrots. The Langoustine with fregola, pumpkin & vadouvan. The Cod fish with savoy, bimi & lemon beurre blanc. The Crispy gnocchi & Parmesan and the Entrecôte with potato & black garlic.
The prices for the overall experience are truly value for money.
I will definitely...
