Songkhla — Restaurant in The Hague

My food was almost an hour late and the quality is not good. The manager called me and all they can say was they are sorry. The owner is even so rude that challenged me to file a complaint against their company. She totally forgotten what hospitality is. I’ve never experienced this kind of treatment in Thailand. She’s so proud of her restaurant even when the food tastes so bad. It’s my first time to order here, but I can say street food in Thailand is way better than this. Absolutely loved everything we ordered! Beat Pad Thai I've had in the Netherlands thus far! The Massaman curry was also great. Its a small place, but like us, people were coming and spending time here and enjoying themselves, not in a rush. The portions are huge. The only thing I didn't like was that they cleared away our food in such a rush without asking if we wanted to rest as take away as we had a lot of leftovers. And it was done in such a rush, that we also didn't get a chance to ask the rest to go. It was sad for me especially as I don't like in the Hague and kept on dreaming of the potential leftovers I could have had...

We came to the reataurant at 10:15 to have a dinner. Working hours are at 23:00. The waitress or whatever I would much rather call her but can't write it gave us an evil look and after we asked if everithing is ok, she said they were closed. She literally kicked us out and turned the open sign into clos. There were at least 10 people having dinner at the time. I am sorry we did not have the privilige to try the food, but the service was poor and humiliating. One of those experiences that make you wish you can do some kind of damage to people in hospitality businesses as they are so rude, unprofessional and evil....
