I really liked the food here. We went on one of the rare warm days and managed to snag a table on the beach. Feet in the sand and all. It was somehow not as crowded as the places further along the beach even though it’s better! The service was slow but we were generally relaxed like everyone else around so it wasn’t a big deal. Tacos with spare rib meat were so yummy and nice portion sizes. We had to ask a few times for more bread—which was silly since they brought up this huge platter of dips and spreads with like three slices—but it always came and no one complained or charged us extra. I tried one of their cocktails and liked it, something with watermelon. Overall it was a nice day. My only complaint, which I obviously won’t dock the place for, was the hundred or so lady bugs flying around the table, on the umbrella, on our clothes and in the general area lol. Was my first time at that beach though, so maybe it’s a thing. Obviously not a big deal but still worth mentioning for anyone not too keen on bugs, even friendly ones :)
