I don't often give a bad review, but this was very annoying, wait for it. I ordered an ice cream at the computer, picked up my number and walked to the counter. The lady said 'why are you coming to me? You are supposed to sit and wait with the number unless it is a drink that you can pick yourself from the fridge'. Not unfriendly, but firm. So i sat 15 minutes looking at every other client getting their hot food prepared and served. I thought it must be that my ice cream require some preparation but there is more staff than customers, so they should come to it. Waited another 2 minutes, saw that it was a very quiet moment for the staff that was drinking and chatting, went to the counter to ask. All of the staff disappeared at my approach to let the initial lady come to me. I asked about my ice cream. She opened the freezer and gave me a small carton box with a mini take-away spoon inside. All of that for that. I could have bought such a thing within a minute at the albert heijn for a quarter of the price. There is no logic at all why they were drinking and chatting or cooking all the rest instead of just giving me the product. It was more of 'here you are' than a 'sorry, we had forgoten you'...

They have gotten very bad. Every item we ordered was disappointing. The pho had a very tiny amount of meat—mostly just noodles and taugé. The vegetable bag was questionable, with only two mint leaves and lots of scallions. I used to like this brand, but the last two orders were disastrous.

The fresh spring rolls had rice paper that was not soft; instead, it was hard, almost like a shell (all four of them). I can make better ones at home. I used to think I wasn’t good at it, but apparently, I do it better than these guys.

I selected "no rice or noodles," which was supposed to come with 80 grams of extra vegetables. However, my box was already half empty. They simply removed the carbs without compensating with more vegetables.

For the same price, I could have eaten somewhere else. There are much better places in Utrecht. These guys used to be good, but they’ve gone downhill fast. They now belong in the low-quality restaurant category—not even...

At this location, the screen doesn’t even show allergens so I can make a choice for me (I’m gluten allergic). When I asked the employee about the ramen and if there was an option so they could adapt he told me “well, I’m new, I don’t know”. As I was expecting something more (maybe like “but I will ask someone”) I left the silence speak for me. After that, I asked if he could do something. He came with the paper with all the allergens but no ramen on it (seriously, is this even legal?!). “Where’s the ramen here so I can know?” I asked. “I don’t know”- his answer. “Can you ask someone who knows??” , he replied that he’d be calling someone. No one came. No information of allergens and no answer about the adjustment on the...

Absolutely not veggie/vegan friendly, if you watch them making your food. Both cooks have 2 pots of boiling water. You'd expect one for veggie one for meat. But they keep throwing the toppings to boil one after the other, in the same water, on the same filter. Meat follows veg, follows noodles, follows meat with veg, then tofu, and so on. Before they go to the wok (at least, that I saw them cleaning inbetween each dish). Both pots of boiling water, no separation, just throwing the next upcoming bowl in whichever. Veggie goes in the same water that is now full with animal fat (after boiling the meat in there). I could not beleive what I was seeing, very dissapointed:((

I came here with my doggy and had thé most welcoming pet-friendly experience I ever had in a restaurant! I’m utterly impressed how kindly and professionally I was seated by Jenny (total star) and her team once I asked if dogs are welcome. The food was amazing (still working on finishing it because it was generously plated). They very accommodating and I respect this kind of customer service so very much. It felt like home! Many, many thanks! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Eazie doesn't care about sustainability and environment, and that is disappointing. We asked about a sauce in a glass bottle in order to save plastics, but they don't have it and said only individual plastic small bottles are offered even though we ate inside (not take away). Also asked if they have drinks in glass bottles but only plastic bottles were there. Felt like in Asia where all plastic is wrapped into plastic.. The food was fine.
