The cold sandwich (smoked salmon) that I ordered was not freshly made. I got mine pre-packaged paper directly after ordering it. The bread wasn't fresh, some parts of the edges were hard. It tasted OK, but the amount of salmon (or even bread) was dissapointing.

The hot sandwich (goat cheese) was OK.

You order and find a place to sit while they prepare your order. When the order is ready, they call it out, but it's hard to hear (too soft with the ambient noise). So, you need to pay attention to get your stuff. That means stopping the conversation you're having to listen into what's being called out.

But the biggest annoyance was the order in which the drinks and sandwiches came... We ordered 2 capucchinos, 1 cold and 1 hot sandwich. We got the cold sandwich immediately, then got the capucchinos and after a while the hot sandwich came.

The capucchino was mild, too mild for my taste. The only positive thing about the whole experience was that the coffee cup was large and pleasant to hold and use.

Would not recommend. Too expensive for what you get. The place is surrounded with alternative places to eat and drink, pick...

Hello, my first trip to Europe and finding what coffee worked for me was fun. I'm really a coffee/non dairy creamer/sugar type. Well we were off on another adventure, leaving from Utrecht Central, saw this shop and said ok, let's try again! Everything was wonderful!!! The girls were sweet, even though they were SLAMMED! Coffee was delicious, with coconut milk, and please don't ever stop serving the FRESH orange juice 😋 On another day I had, more coffee, sandwich avocado/egg/tomato 😋 delicious, my husband had the oats, they were good too! Usually the filter coffee is decent enough. Not always fantastic but usually good enough. Atleast one of the better ones at the station. After drinking todays swill I would highly recommend to taste test what you brew. At 4 euros for a small coffee it would be great to get something that doesn’t taste like commodity grade motor oil. Unworthy of specialty coffee.

Service is not their strong suit. Staff is mostly concerned with tasks, or chatting with other staff members. A simple greeting is usually too much. Which is probably why they’ve put up a McDonald’s style screen where you can order as not to disturb the...
